EDWARDS: The old joke about how to get to Carnegie Hall - `Practice,
practice, practice' - isn't particularly funny, but it does contain
a certain amount of truth. Even if practice doesn't make you perfect,
it at least gets you ready, so how do managers get their people ready
for a meltdown at a nuclear power plant or a big jetliner with trouble
