PETER JENNINGS: We said it would be a busy and a significant week for
the court. The Supreme Court has also delivered a major blow to President
and Mrs. Clinton. They rejected without comment the White House effort
to withhold notes that government lawyers took of their conversations
with Mrs. Clinton concerning Whitewater. ABC's Jackie Judd covers
