COPS SEEK SUSPECTS IN GARVEY POOL RAPES: Police say male friends forced. to watch assault

City police are still looking for two gunmen who early Saturday morning sexually assaulted two women at a Harlem pool and, at gunpoint, forced the women's two male companions to watch.

The attack, at Marcus Garvey Pool at East 124th Street and Fifth Avenue, was the second to happen. The first occured in another section of Mount Morris Park where a 19-year-old woman was also raped.

According to police the two women, whose identities are being withheld, are ages 17 and 22 and the two male friends illegally entered the pool are of the park through a hole in ...
