Change of Pace: Turning to Chinese medicine to treat HIV.

When Marty Low discovered that he was HIV-positive about seven years ago, he sought the help of a Chinese medicine practitioner. It helped, but the treatment was time consuming and required a change in lifestyle - something he was not prepared to do at the time. So he abandoned the procedures in exchange for a more simple regimen of Western medicine, which eventually let him down.

But, Low has now decided to go back to the acupuncture and herbs in an effort to replenish the quality of life that the disease and Western medicine has robbed from him.
