Courts consider efforts to ban The Original Crazy Horse Malt Liquor.
The month of June saw legal developments in Minnesota and on the Rosebud Sioux reservation in South Dakota over attempts by the ancestors of the renowned Lakota leader Crazy Horse to ban the malt liquor product carrying his name.
In Minnesota, appeals court judges are considering a challenge to the constitutionality of a 1994 law banning sales of "The Original Crazy Horse Malt Liquor".
