One of the most popular nightspots on Memphis' historic Beale Street is in the middle of a legal fight over the future of the club and the commercial use of bluesman B.B. King's name.
The dispute also includes a similar B.B. King club in Los Angeles and plans for other in Nashville and Orlando, Fla.
The clubs in Memphis and Los Angeles remain open, but lawsuits in state and federal courts raise questions about their future and control of any expansion of B.B. King clubs to other cities.
