LISA McREE, Host: As you can see, everyone loves apples, even a golden retriever puppy. Sara Moulton from "Gourmet" magazine is here to tell us about some apple dishes for people.

Sara, apples are available in the stores all the time, but why is it that fall is such a good time to use apples?
