KEVIN NEWMAN, ABC News: And there's a new warning that involves steering with antilock brakes this morning. The special brakes are now in roughly half of all cars and light trucks in the US, but apparently not every driver knows how to use them properly. ABC's Lisa Stark is also in Washington this morning. Lisa, I think I'm one of those drivers. First time I put my foot on them, it felt really weird. Is that new?
