Commissioner: Benton Harbor ignores its own businesses.

Benton Harbor City Commissioner Maurice Golliday continues to ask the question, "Why doesn't the city do business with local businesses?"
Golliday stated at the August 19, city commission meeting, that even if a local business bids on a project, and the money figure is less than two hundred dollars more than the lowest bidder, the city should at least give the business to the local company to keep the monies in the city.
