BOB EDWARDS, Host: New England poet Robert Frost once wrote that good
fences make good neighbors. That may be true, but first the neighbors
must agree on where the fence is. The states of New Hampshire and
Maine are having difficulty doing that. New Hampshire claims it has
uncovered historical evidence that warrants changing the border that
has existed between the states for more than 200 years. At stake
in the dispute, millions of dollars in tax revenues and jurisdiction
over the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, which was named after New Hampshire'
s only seaport, but claimed by the state of Maine. From New Hampshire
