BOB EDWARDS, Host: Singer and songwriter Willie Nelson was in New
Orleans over the weekend to host the seventh annual Fair Aid Concert,
a benefit for family farmers across the country. The plight of the
family farmer has been a life long concern for Nelson. So has his
music. He started writing songs when he was six. At 61, he has emerged
from unwanted publicity over struggles with the IRS and marijuana
possession with the album Moonlight Becomes You. Two of the songs
are Nelson originals. The rest are old standards, some more familiar
than others.
