BOB EDWARDS, Host: Normally at this time of year the baseball fans' vocabulary is filled with words such as `pennant race,' `magic number, ' and `Sunday double-header.' However, with the players on strike, the phrase `salary cap' is ringing in everyone's ears. Commentator Frank Deford says the only cap he wants to think about is the one you wear on your head.
