ALEX CHADWICK, Host: When voters in Wichita, Kansas go to the polls in November, they'll be casting their ballots in a number of local and statewide races. They also may get to vote in a non-binding referendum that would decide whether to repeal Wichita's tough new gun control ordinance. As part of NPR's election project, Gordon Basham of member station KNUW reports on Kansans' concerns about crime and gun control.
