LIANE HANSEN, Host: While the warring sides in the Bosnian conflict take a break from negotiating in Geneva for the next ten days, as we heard there is no vacation for the people of the Bosnian capitol, who've endured a siege by the Bosnian Serb Army for the past 16 months. For the Bosnian Serbs in Sarajevo, the suffering is compounded, as NPR's Deborah Amos reports.
