DANIEL ZWERDLING, Host: Is history repeating itself? Iraqi troops
massing near Kuwait's border, U.S. and U.N. officials expressing concern,
American warships moving toward the Gulf. This time, Kuwaiti citizens
don't seem too worried, yet.
1st MAN: Parents have been taking their kids to school. People have
been showing up at their offices. There have been some queues at
the automatic teller machines at banks. There hasn't been an exodus
towards the safe haven of Saudi Arabia.
