JACKI LYDEN, Host: The Republican takeover of Congress is like fresh
meat for the nation's political cartoonists. There's the fight over
the balanced budget, the clash over welfare reform, and then there
is the Republicans' new leader. The House Speaker, Newt Gingrich,
was recently quoted as saying females in a combat situation would
have biological problems staying in a ditch for 30 days. Men, on
the other hand, he said, fare better because they are basically little
piglets. We asked Ed Gamble [sp] of the Florida Times Union and Tom
Toles [sp] of the Buffalo News how they are depicting Mr. Clinton'
