Presidential Commission on Critical Infrastructure Protection

Last year, President Clinton appointed a Presidential Commission on Critical Infrastructure Protection. The Commission's mandate was to study the vulnerability of our nation's critical infrastructure -- telecommunications, energy, finance and banking, transportation and vital human services.
