PRESIDENT CLINTON NAMES ROBERT L. BAXTER
AS MEMBER OF THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO THE PRESIDENT'S
COMMISSION ON CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROTECTION
The President today announced his intent to appoint Robert
L. Baxter as Member of the Advisory Committee to the President's Commission
on Critical Infrastructure Protection.
Mr. Robert L. Baxter, of Berkeley, California, is a Senior
Vice President with the Bechtel Group, Inc. and President of the Bechtel
Civil Company (BCIV). Headquartered in San Francisco, he is responsible
