JUDGE ROBERT BORK, MARTIN ANDERSON WRITE ON IMPEACHMENT

Judge Robert Bork, in a review of The Impeachement of William Jefferson Clinton by R. Emmett Tyrrell in the December American Spectator, wrote that, while ultimately Clinton may not be impeached, it is critical that we move forward with the process. He said that, if we fad to move forward, "it is all too likely that those who come after will absorb the lesson that almost any degree of corruption by power will be tolerated and will behave accordingly."
