To Introduce "Tax Code Termination Act's

Senators Tim Hutchinson (R-A-R) and Sam Browback (R-KS) will hold a press conference Thursday, February 12th at 10:30 a.m. in the Mansfield Room, S-207, to introduce the "Tax Code Termination Act." The bill will sunset the current United States tax code by December 31, 2001 and guarantee that a replacement for today's cumbersome and complicated tax code would be passed by Congress by Independence Day, 2001.
