Senators Tim Hutchinson (R-AR) and Sam Brownback (R-KS) will hold a press conference tomorrow, Wednesday, February 25th at 10:00 am. in the Mansfield Room, S-207, to introduce the "Tax Code Termination Act." The bill would sunset the current United States tax code by December 31, 2001 and guarantee that a replacement for today's cumbersome and complicated tax code would be passed by Congress by Independence Day, 2001.
