President Clinton will deliver his state of the union address tomorrow evening. Cokie Roberts and Bob Edwards look at the tradition of that speech and how it was delivered by different presidents in the past.

BOB EDWARDS, Host: This is Morning Edition; I'm Bob Edwards. Tomorrow President Clinton will follow a hallowed tradition. He will go to the Capitol, enter the House of Representatives, and deliver his state of the union message.
