Transcript: Balkan Presidents Sign Formal Peace Treaty in Paris

A peace settlement for Bosnia was signed today in Paris in a ceremony at the Elysee Palace. President Alija Izetbegovic of Bosnia, Franjo Tudjman of Croatia and Slobodan Milosevic of Serbia signed the agreement they reached last month in Dayton, Ohio. The treaty is to end nearly four years of war in Bosnia. The fighting left 200,000 people dead.
