The World Health Organization is running tests on blood samples taken
from 19 citizens of Gabon who are showing symptoms of the Ebola virus.
Last year, 200 Zaireans died after contracting the elusive illness.
ROBERT SIEGEL, Host: The World Health Organization is investigating
a suspected outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus in the West African
nation of Gabon. According the WHO, since early February at least
10 people have died and another nine have become ill in a remote village
in northern Gabon. Preliminary laboratory tests on blood specimens
from the patients indicate that the Ebola virus may be to blame, but
