White House independent counsel Kenneth Starr has been given the green
light to investigate whether David Watkins may have lied to federal
investigators about what happened at the White House Travel Office.

Independent counsel Kenneth Starr will expand his Whitewater probe.
Today, a three judge panel authorized Starr to investigate whether
former White House aide David Watkins lied to federal investigators.
