BOB EDWARDS, Host: A new outdoor statue in Birmingham, Alabama, is serving as a reminder of one of the more tragic events of recent history. It was inspired by confrontations between police officers and civil rights marchers in the spring of 1963. Police officers used fire hoses and police dogs to disperse demonstrators.
