In the last of a three-part series on Louis Farrakhan, the early life
of the Nation of Islam leader is explored, particularly his comments
about - and associations with - the Jewish Diaspora.

As a child, Louis Eugene Walcott [sp] was Gene, the musical prodigy
from the Roxbury neighborhood in Boston. Then he was `The Charmer,
' signing calypso on the nightclub circuit. A few years later, he
converted to the Nation of Islam, became Louis X, and gave up show
business for his new faith. But he never really left the stage.
