Today, the Supreme Court will look at the "Felker vs. Terkin" case
to determine the constitutionality of a limitation on death-penalty
appeals by provisions of the anti-terrorism law Congress passed in
April.

Today, the Supreme Court hears expedited arguments in a case that
could affect some 3,000 people on death row. In a rare move last
month, the justices pushed the case ahead of dozens of others, agreeing
to hear it well after the Court's usual time for oral argument had
ended. The vote to expedite the case was 5-4, with the Court's more
