Burundi's mounting internal crisis between Hutus and Tutsis has the
international community talking of sending U.N. troops to maintain
peace, but many in Burundi are adamantly opposed to foreign intervention.

there has been a dramatic upsurge in violence between the majority
Hutu and minority Tutsi ethnic groups. Dozens of Burundians are dying
