Having been raised as an urbanite, Scott Simon never felt the need to get a driver's license. Now he wants one, and he teams up with Tom and Ray Magliozzi, the Car Guys, to teach him how to drive.

SCOTT SIMON, Host: Those troopers will never stop me - I don't drive. Never have. Never wanted to. I'm a city kid. When I was 16 and suburban kids were learning to drive, I could take the subway downtown to Marshall Field's and uptown to Wrigley Field. Where else would I want to go?
