Claudette Colbert, star of over 60 films, died Tuesday at her home in Barbados. Colbert said she never wanted to be an actress, but that once she appeared on Broadway, her career took off.

BOB EDWARDS, Host: Actress Claudette Colbert has died. She was 92 years old. Colbert appeared in more than 60 movies, most of them sophisticated comedies that made Depression-era America laugh at the follies of the rich and the reckless.
