LISA McREE, Host: It's been called the kitchen bible. It's the best-
selling cookbook in publishing history, and you probably have a copy
of "The Joy of Cooking" somewhere at home. Well, it's the '90s now,
and it's time to update the cookbook. And Sara Moulton is here to
tell us exactly how they've done it.
SARA MOULTON, Executive Chef, "Gourmet" Magazine: Well, it's really
