ASHA BLAKE: Overseas now. Chinese authorities are putting out an alert in the event the bird flu first detected in Hong Kong turns up in mainland China. Now, at the same time, in Hong Kong, this is day two of drastic measures that are being taken in an effort to stop the spread of disease. The story now from ABC's Lucrezia Cuen.
