She is founder of the prestigious Ballymaloe Cookery School, set in -- look at this, it's the beautiful countryside of County Cork, Ireland. Now, back in 1990, we were lucky enough to sit in on one of her famous cooking classes there. Two years ago, Darina showed us how to prepare a fabulous lamb dish. I wasn't here, I'm told.
