Thank you, Admiral Johnson. President and Mrs. Carter. Senator Cleland (D-Ga.). Congressmen Heffner (D-N.C.). Dicks (D-Wa.). Hoyer (D-Md.) and Pickett (D-Va.). Mrs. Rickover. Members of the Naval Academy Class of 1947 with us today -- Vice Admiral James Doyle. Dr. Francis Hertzog. CDR (and Mrs.) Albert Rusher.
