CHAPTER 1: LIVE ANIMALS

This chapter relates to the importation of live animals, which are
classified
under Chapter 1 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States
(HTSUS). Specifically, it includes horses and related animals, cattle,
pigs, sheep and goats, poultry, other birds, and virtually all other
live
animals, including pets and wildlife.
