This chapter relates to the importation of edible fruit and nuts and
of
the peel of citrus fruit or melons, which are classified under Chapter
8 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS).
Specifically,
it includes fresh, dried, chilled, steamed or boiled, frozen, or otherwise
provisionally preserved, shelled or in the shell nuts and whole or
otherwise
processed -- but not prepared -- fruits. The category includes all
