This chapter relates to the importation of cereals as raw agricultural products, either as grain or seed, which are classified under Chapter 10 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS). Specifically, it includes wheat, corn, sorghum, rye, barley, oats, rice, and other grains -- such as millet and buckwheat -- as well as their seed (with the exception of rice).
