Gephardt Statement on Legislation to Reduce Teen Smoking

"I am proud to join my House colleagues and America's two leading experts to discuss what we must do to reduce teen smoking.

"No two people have worked harder to protect the health of America' s children than C. Everett Koop, who served as Surgeon General under President Reagan, and David Kessler, who served as FDA Commissioner under Presidents Bush and Clinton.
