BIDEN: Mr. President, thank you. That was a very gracious
introduction.
Mr. Chairman, members of the press, Delawareans who are here,
a
number of Delawareans came down, Mr. President, which I'm very excited
and flattered about. I think they came down to find out whether I
really
do commute every day for the past 26 years.
(LAUGHTER)
And it's not a bad commute.
