Small and medium-sized U.S. companies will find it easier to compete in foreign markets with streamlined financing programs of the Export- Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank) that are easy to use and offer timely financial assistance.

Program enhancements recently introduced include a system for evaluating medium-term credit risk that makes it easier for Ex-Im Bank to respond more quickly to medium-term financing requests, simplified paperwork in the Export Credit Insurance Program, and more flexible terms and lower fees for small businesses under the Working Capital Guarantee Program.
