Before the Senate Agriculture Committee
March 17th, 1999
Mr. Chairman, it is my pleasure to appear before you to talk about
the
Federal Crop Insurance Program. I am Mike Miller, President of Blakely
Crop Hail, Inc. and Chairman of the American Association of Crop Insurers
or AACL AACI represents insurance companies and agents that write
nearly
80 percent of the multiple peril crop insurance premium throughout
the
United States.
