The President today announced his intent to appoint David Ibarra
as
a Member of the United States Air Force Academy, Board of Visitors.
Mr. David Ibarra of Salt Lake City, Utah, is the founder and
president of Executing the Numbers, Inc., a management consulting
company
providing training to operations managers in the areas of strategic
planning,
organizing, executing and measuring results. Mr. Ibarra served a
