Thank you for the opportunity to testify today I represent the National
Federation of Community Development Credit Unions, an association
of 170
credit unions in 40 states that have a special mission of serving
low-income
American communities and consumers The great majority of these credit
unions
could be categorized as "small" or very small". the average CDCU has
assets
