Chairman Roth, Senator Moynihan, thank you for the opportunity to
testify
today on an issue that I believe in strongly and personally -- helping
remove the barriers to work confronting people with disabilities.
Over the past decade, we have made dramatic improvements in removing
many
barriers. In particular, I am proud of the Americans with Disabilities
Act. It is helping people with disabilities lead more active and integrated
lives, and our society is richer for it.
But ADA did not complete the work of removing barriers. Access to
