CHARLES GIBSON, Host: There is a restaurant up in Harlem here in New
York, and it is known for two things. Number one, food that sticks
to your ribs, and number two, a family that sticks together.
In "Sylvia's Family Soul Food Cookbook," the matriarch of that family
reveals a few secret recipes and the secret to her success. And Emeril
Lagasse recently went up there to pay a visit.
EMERIL LAGASSE, Food Correspondent: (voice-over) You know the food
in a restaurant is good when customers start arriving by the busload.
