An interagency law enforcement delegation from the Russian Federation visited Washington September 13-17, 1999, to discuss a range of issues on the bilateral law enforcement agenda. The visit followed on the discussion earlier this month between Presidents Clinton and Yeltsin in which they underscored their determination to step up U.S.-Russian cooperation in the fight against crime and corruption.
