A TAX CODE THAT IS FAIR, SIMPLE AND SHORT

As every American knows, next Monday is tax day. Since April 15th falls on a Saturday this year, we have one last weekend to wrestle with Form 1040 and its accompanying Schedules and Forms and all of the other complications that flow from a tax code with nearly seven million words.
