The Ascott Kuala Lumpur's serviced residences have embraced that
tagline whole-heartedly and live by it, says general manager Mr. Eugene
Ong.

Ong says The Ascott Kuala Lumpur has positioned itself correctly by
marketing itself as a 5-star home.

The Ascott Kuala Lumpur, with 223 units, opened on September 1 last
year and has been profitable from the first month with the profit margin
increasing every month.

Despite being opened while there was a downturn in the hospitality
industry, Ong says the company was bullish that it had a product that would
appeal to the public.
