Mr. Keith C. Spurgeon "I have been in retail for 20 years. In1996,
while living in beautiful Sydney, Australia and working for another
toy retailer, Zany Brainy approached me. They were looking for a new
person to take the company forward. At that time, I honestly had never
heard of Zany Brainy. I came over to the States and visited some stores
in the process of interviewing and that is what did it for me. I walked
